I am writing to you with great enthusiasm to apply for a position at your institution. Throughout my career, I have worked in both educational and clinical settings, integrating psychology and pedagogy to support learning and the overall development of children and adolescents. I am deeply interested in cultural diversity and inclusive education, and I believe that heterogeneity is a powerful resource that can enrich the teaching-learning process.
Since 2008, I have worked as a psychologist in the clinical field, providing treatment for adults, children, adolescents, families, and groups. I earned my degree in Psychology in 2007 and completed a specialization in brief psychotherapies and active techniques at the Bateson Foundation. However, my vocation for education led me to pursue pedagogical training, which broadened my professional competencies and reinforced my commitment to working in schools.
For more than eleven years, I have taught at the secondary level, mainly in subjects such as Psychology and Health Sciences. My classes are participative and designed to foster a reflective and active learning environment. I prioritize strategies that help students organize their tasks effectively and acquire diverse study techniques, aiming to promote autonomy, motivation, and meaningful learning.
I also have extensive experience as a tutor, supporting students of different ages throughout their academic journeys. As the principal of a secondary school, I led a community of approximately 400 students and 60 teachers, implementing innovative health and environmental projects that contributed to the institution’s growth and development.
I am confident that my educational background and professional experience can bring valuable contributions to your institution.
