Om Lucia

Hi, I’m Lucía! I’m from Sevilla, and I’d love to be your Spanish teacher. I originally studied English Translation in Spain, but during an internship at a language school, I discovered that teaching was my true calling. That experience inspired me to focus my career on education.

I went on to earn a master’s degree in Teaching Languages in Secondary School, followed by another master’s degree specializing in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. Along the way, I’ve gained experience teaching Spanish in Slovakia and Denmark and English and French in Spain—so, as you might guess, languages are my passion!

I see the world as a global community where tolerance and respect are essential. I truly believe that cultural awareness and understanding can only grow through meaningful communication, and I’d love to help you be part of that through learning Spanish.

I’m passionate about my native language, Spanish, and I’d love to share that passion with you. My teaching approach is all about communication, helping you start speaking Spanish confidently in just a few weeks.

My main focus is to make sure you can handle basic conversations in everyday situations. We’ll use a mix of resources like textbooks, newspaper articles, infographics, templates, and fun websites to keep things interesting and enjoyable.

In every lesson, we’ll work on the four key language skills—speaking, listening, reading, and writing—so you get a well-rounded learning experience.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your Spanish to the next level, my lessons are for everyone. I’d love to help you achieve your goals and have fun with the language along the way!

My stay in London working as an aupair helped me to feel more comfortable using the English language. Same when I lived in Italy and Romania, I could easily get in touch with the language and start using it.
