Om Karolina

Hi! I’m Karolina, a professional opera singer and vocal teacher.

Music has been part of my life since I was born. At the age of 7, I started learning piano. Later, I discovered singing and opera, which eventually led me to study opera performance at the Academy of Music in Lithuania and the Mozarteum University in Salzburg.

I’ve performed in opera productions, concerts and recitals across Europe, and I love sharing what I’ve learned throughout my artistic journey.

My lessons are for everyone - whether you’re just starting out, want to feel more confident with your voice, or are already an experienced singer and want to develop your technique further or explore new aspects of your voice.

If you’ve been thinking about taking singing lessons, I’d be happy to hear from you!

Om undervisningen

One of the most important parts of learning to sing, is understanding how your body works as an instrument. When you become more aware of how your body supports your voice, you can sing with greater freedom, control and confidence, rather than simply trying to imitate a sound.

Every voice is different, so I adapt my approach to each student. Whether you are a complete beginner or already have singing and stage experience, we start from where you are and work towards what you want to achieve.

In our lessons, we’ll work with the main tools of singing - breathing, support, warming up, range and vocal flexibility. We’ll then bring these into the music itself, exploring the technical, musical and expressive aspects of the songs you choose.

I enjoy working with different styles, from classical repertoire to popular songs and ballads. Depending on your goals, lessons can focus on developing your technique, preparing a particular song or performance, gaining confidence, or simply discovering and enjoying your voice.

For me, developing your voice is not only about singing better. It can also bring a sense of freedom, confidence and self-expression that carries into everyday life.

I have sung with Karolina for 2 years now and I cannot fathom how much my voice has transformed from when I started. She has taught a lot of good techniques. She has the ability to see the potential and through her expertise, good energy, focus and ear for detail the only limit is myself
Best of recommendations from me!

Karolina is an exceptional teacher. I was completely new to singing when I started taking singing lessons with her, and she has quickly fueled my passion and love of singing with her enthusiasm and willingness to not only teach me how to sing, but also to introduce me to the incredible art of classical singing.
Besides being a very professional teacher who possesses sublime abilities to adjust to my level and explore and find different tools that work for me, she is a very warm and embracing person who just makes the process of learning such a joyful journey.
