Om Svend-Erik
Svend-Erik Engh is a dedicated storyteller, whose roots in Denmark and a Norwegian heritage have steeped him in Viking sagas, Norse myths, and Scandinavian folktales from an early age. During the 1990s and early 2000s, Svend-Erik collaborated closely with business coach Steve Denning. In 2009, he authored the book "Tell a Story - create interaction." When Svend-Erik isn't spinning yarns or penning stories, he mentors fellow storytellers and conducts seminars and masterclasses to help individuals to help people become better storytellers.
Svend-Erik is quite simply a master storyteller. Grounded, inspired, and filled with essential insights. Spending time with Svend-Erik is guaranteed to refresh your mind and open your heart to the power of a story well told, and authentically performed.

Whenever you are preparing a presentation or you are opening a meeting or you just need to be heard in your leadership, you need a story.
Let me help you find and master your story in these two hour sessions with max. four participants.
You are guaranteed 100 % useful feedback.
I use a method best described as Fluid Storyguiding.
I listen to your idea, your seedling of a story or a fully composed tale which you may have told many times. You will find that my feedback always adds new dimensions to the telling.
I will look for
'personal stories' to gain trust,
'we stories' to find the stories of strength and cooperation in your organisation
'future stories' to visualise the future.
When you are looking for a good story:
Try to put yourself in the listeners' shoes and from that viewpoint answer the first fundamental question:
• Is the story relevant to the listeners?
If you answered yes to that question, ask yourself the next one, which is just as crucial. Answering this you have to change your viewpoint. Now you’re the storyteller again.
• Are you as a storyteller learning something new from telling this particular story to this particular audience?
A storyteller has to be curious, must have the spirit to explore the unknown. You will be telling this story only once to these people at this time. So, as a storyteller, you are excited to learn from this new experience.
L evel of detail
Different types of stories require different levels of detail. Some need none at all, whilst others benefit from extra details. The workshop will help you to understand when detail is necessary and when it is innappropriate.
