Om Merve
Hello! My name is Merve, and I am a dedicated, professional language teacher with a deep passion for language and culture.
I have been teaching English professionally since 2012. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping students from various backgrounds and levels build strong language skills and, more importantly, the confidence to use them. In addition to English, Turkish is my native language, and I hold an official certification for teaching Turkish as a foreign language.
Because I know firsthand what it takes to learn new languages and adapt to different cultures, I completely understand the challenges and hesitations you might face as a student. That is why my teaching philosophy is built on patience, empathy, and a highly personalized approach. I place great emphasis on creating a safe, engaging, and professional learning environment where making mistakes is simply viewed as a natural and positive step in the learning process.
