Practice - vegan/vegetarian quick daily, festive dishes, baking, different bread making, easy desserts.
Vegetarian for 13 years, really in love with culinary, cooked for individuals, small and big groups (5-1000 people). Gave vegetarian cooking classes in different countries. Studied the basics of healthy eating, diet dependance on seasons. European, Italian, Indian, Asian cuisines.
