Om Flaminia
I'm Flaminia, I'm 26 years old and for most of that time I have cooked my own meals. My mother has never been as passionate about cooking as she is about eating, and neither are the rest of the family, so early on I became the house expert in chopping, sautéing and baking.
Spending a lot of time with my grandmas helped a lot for sure, and my experience quickly broadened as I tried different recipes and learned different skills.
I got bored easily with making the same things and love challenges, so always put myself out there to try and make new things.
When I was in uni and lived away from home and had to cook even more, for necessity rather than passion, I still tried to plan ahead and look for inspiration to cook new things.
I try to twist recipes to my liking and substitute ingredients with what is more easily accessible to me and think that could help foreigners too.
I love to help people out in planning social gatherings that involve food, so let me help you out!

I'd be happy to meet up both online and offline and come up with recipe ideas, ones fit to your tastes or adapted to your diet; while if there's something you already have in mind we can break it down, so you can easily learn each step and execute it perfectly.
I'd love to help others try an authentic Italian homemade meal and hopefully motivate them to try new things in their kitchen!
