Om Flavia
I am originally from Italy and I have been a dancer for most of my life, training as a professional dancer from a very young age in Rome, to then move to Los Angeles and then New York for a year, for my dance education.
I worked as a professional dancer in London for 7 years, along with teaching dance classes.
I have always been interested and fascinated by yoga and its philosophy, so I decided to take several teacher training courses in London. I fell in love with yoga and it really helped me not only become a better dancer, but a better person. Yoga has tremendously helped my physical and mental health and I love spreading these ancient teachings to my students and watch them become stronger, calmer, more relaxed and flexible (in both the body and mind).
I then got certified in Mat Pilates, which helped me focus more on the posture and gain more strength and balance. I started teaching Pilates classes both online and in person.
When I moved to Denmark I began teaching in studios, gyms and privately and my students love my classes, which they find very beneficial.
I am currently offering lessons in English, but I can speak and understand basic Danish.

I am a fully certified yoga teacher (550 Yoga Alliance certified).
I am also a certified Mat Pilates instructor.
I have taught classes for all levels for over 4 years, in Italy, in the UK and in Denmark.
I am certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Prenatal Yoga, and I also teach Mom and Baby yoga. I am also Mat Pilates certified and I teach beginners, intermediate and advanced classes.
My classes are suitable for all levels and are tailored to your needs. Whether you are looking to improve your physical or mental health, get in shape or gain more focus, these classes are for you.
