Om Christopher
Recent graduate of Aarhus University with a Master of Arts in International and Global History. My thesis focus was on the esoteric cultural milleu preceeding World War 2 in the Nordic countries. I enjoy writing, making music and graphic novels.

"As an instructor of International History and Politics, I engage students with a combination of analytical discussions and case study evaluations that encourage critical thinking about global events. I use a variety of resources, including historical documents, contemporary analyses, and interactive simulations to bring complex political scenarios to life. My teaching is flexible, adapting to different learning styles and focusing on developing students' understanding of international relations theories and historical contexts."
A typical lesson begins with an overview of the key events or policies relevant to the session's topic. This is followed by a deep dive into specific case studies where students apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. We often use multimedia approaches, role-playing or debate formats to explore different perspectives. The class wraps up with a discussion on the implications of the day's lessons for current global politics.
My teaching is enriched by my own research in international relations and my experiences attending global conferences. I bring this firsthand knowledge into the classroom to provide students with a current and comprehensive view of international affairs. My commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment helps students feel valued and motivates them to engage deeply with the material.
I primarily teach university students, including undergraduates and postgraduates, who are majoring in International Relations, Political Science, or related fields. My courses are also beneficial for those preparing for careers in diplomacy, international law, or global non-governmental organizations. I am experienced in accommodating a diverse student body, including international students and those with varied academic backgrounds.
