Hi! My name is Inês, I'm Portuguese and I'm 23! I recently graduated from university in Portugal with a degree in Biology (GPA of 16 out of 20) with a final project concerning the conservation of the marine biodiversity surrounding the Macaronesian islands!
My degree was very versatile in terms of subjects, so I have a lot of knowledge in a lot of areas, so even if it's not in the topics, I might still be able to teach it! Just shoot me a message and I'll get back to you to let you know. :)
When I was around 10/11 years old I also thought myself English and Spanish in 2 months, getting to an almost fluent/native level in both languages! So I would say I became a good teacher because of that, I know what it is like to be on both sides!
Anyway, I hope we match well and I hope I get to share all my knowledge with you and don't worry, I'm very patient with my students and I've always said - there are no stupid questions, 2+2 might not always be 4, and you are allowed to ask about it.

I always like to start my classes with a bried introduction, both mine and the student, if new, if not, then a brief casual pick where we left things last class and how the student feels at the moment.
I like going through daily news and training typically used vocabulary to train my student's pronunciation by reading the newspaper's news and checking for any doubts in meanings or spelling or pronunciation.
I consider myself quite patient with my students, I tend to make the lesson go as each student is ready to go. This to say that each student dictates the pace of their own class, so it's always adapted to their capabilities.
