Om Liaosha
Hi, I’m Liaosha, a native Chinese speaker currently living in Denmark.
I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and helping them feel more comfortable and confident when speaking Chinese. For me, learning a language is not only about grammar and vocabulary, but also about understanding how people naturally communicate in everyday life.
Because I am also learning foreign languages myself, I understand that speaking can often be the hardest part. Sometimes you know the words and grammar, but still need more practice to express yourself naturally and confidently.
I am patient, friendly and easy-going, and I want my lessons to feel relaxed and encouraging. You do not need to worry about making mistakes — they are a natural part of learning.
I can help you practice everyday Chinese, improve your pronunciation, learn more natural expressions and understand more about Chinese culture and daily life.
Whether you are a beginner or already have some Chinese knowledge, I will adapt the conversation to your level, interests and learning goals.

My teaching approach is practical, relaxed and focused on real communication. I believe the best way to improve Chinese is to speak as much as possible and use the language in real-life situations.
In my lessons, I mainly help students improve their speaking, pronunciation and natural everyday expressions. I will correct mistakes during the conversation and explain how a native Chinese speaker would normally say the same thing.
A typical lesson can include:
• A short warm-up conversation
• Speaking practice based on a topic you are interested in
• Correction of pronunciation, grammar and word choice
• Useful vocabulary and natural expressions
• A short review at the end of the lesson
Topics can include daily life, travel, food, work, family, Chinese culture or anything you would like to practice.
I am a native Chinese speaker and I also have several years of professional experience in HR and Learning & Development in China. This means I can also help students who are interested in workplace Chinese, professional communication or understanding Chinese working culture.
My lessons are especially suitable for beginners and intermediate learners who already know some basic Chinese but need more opportunities to speak and build confidence.
I try to create a friendly and supportive environment where students can speak freely without worrying about making mistakes. Each lesson can be adjusted to your level, interests and learning goals.
