Om Sude
Hi everyone! My name is Sude, and I’m a student from Germany currently studying Sociology at the University of Copenhagen and I am residing in Gentofte. I’m offering tutoring services in German language.
I have several years of childcare experience, having worked as an au pair in Madrid. One of the most important tasks for the parents was for me to teach their children German, and I’d be glad to focus on that again, and pick up on my teaching skills to develop as a tutor! I always try to make language learning child-friendly, engaging, and fun.

I focus on creating a comfortable and supportive learning environment where children feel encouraged to express themselves. I use interactive, play-based techniques, especially with younger students, to keep lessons engaging and enjoyable. For example, I incorporate games, songs, and storytelling to help children grasp new words and phrases naturally. My teaching style adapts to the student’s age and learning pace, making sure each lesson is adapted to their needs.
A typical session begins with a short warm-up, like reviewing previous vocabulary or phrases through a game or song. Then, we move on to introducing new material—whether it’s vocabulary, grammar, or a specific theme. I make sure to combine activities that require listening, speaking, and interacting. We usually end the lesson with a fun recap, reinforcing what was learned, making sure the material sticks.
I specialize in teaching children at a beginner to intermediate level, generally those aged 3-9, though I’m open to working with older students who are new to the language. My experience as an au pair means I have worked with children in informal learning environments, making me well-suited to teaching younger learners in an engaging way. I also ensure that lessons are adaptable for any special needs or learning preferences.
