Om Emma
Hi! I’m Emma, 24, from Rome. I recently moved to Copenhagen for work — and yes, I biked here all the way from my home ! I’m friendly, nature lover, and travelling is my biggest passion. I enjoy hiking, trekking, and discovering new places, cultures, and ways of life.
Languages have always fascinated me. Wherever I’ve lived, I’ve naturally tried to learn the local language, not out of necessity, but because I love understanding how people communicate and how language reflects culture, values, and everyday life. I see learning a language as a way to connect with people and their world.
Even though I don’t work with languages professionally, teaching has always been part of my life. I’ve shared my knowledge in English, Italian, swimming, and more, and I love helping people discover learning in a way that feels natural, engaging, and personal.
In my Italian lessons, I bring this same curiosity and energy. Learning a language is not just a skill — it’s an experience, a way to explore, connect, and enjoy something new every day.

When we are children, we learn to speak by listening and trying, not by memorizing grammar rules. That’s exactly the approach I use in my lessons: no endless translations, no pressure—just natural, step-by-step learning.
I speak 6 languages myself, and I’ve always learned them this way. My classes are flexible and adapted to you:
Conversations first: speaking and listening to build confidence.
Fun practice: reading, games, real-life situations, videos or short audios we can watch/listen to together.
Grammar when needed: introduced naturally, when it comes up in a text or a conversation.
Personalized topics: we can talk about things you’re interested in (you can tell me in advance), or I can bring ideas to spark the conversation.
Flexibility is the key: we can meet online or offline, we can adapt the content and pace to your mood and schedule. I want learning Italian to feel like a hobby, not a task. Don’t overthink it—people will understand you. Once you can express yourself, polishing and improving becomes the easy part.
