I'm a selftaught artist.
With a big rage within different mediums wether it be on a ordinary cotton/linen canvas, or a human canvas, within the genre of face and bodypainting, I have come to discover the power of:
Being in the now through acceptance of the impefect.
To be able to breath as a human being without any judgement of others or oneself.
Experiencing the inner feeling of fullfillment and opening upp to new areas of boosting confidence. We can all use some extra, can't we? :)
That is what I want you to discover through brushstrokes or whatever medium you'd like to work with in my sessions.
In my lessons you will have the space to rediscover and create yourself in a safe and uplifting atmosphere.
I'm inspired by nature, when going on my long walks, like so many others. That is where I draw my energy from.
Being in nature has tought me a lot about reconnection and it brings something extra to the table as I come back to my drawingboard or whatever I'd like to do that day.

Every stroke is a stage in a process.
We will explore your unique choice of colour as we go.
This is for you who are just beginning your journey of self exploration or for you who wants to digg deeper into what you can achieve and share your expression without the judgement from a fellow human being.
I help relieve performance anxiety that is collected from any point in the past or present.
Maybe you are dealing with a high pressure job or life circumstance, that leads you to feel inadequate and where expectations are building up or have done in the past, but still lingers.
Or maybe you just need a safe place to share your art and feel good enough and free to BE YOU.
I assist you in ressolving any old triggers through the wonders of colour expression.
This is a free space where you can be recognized in your immedeate expression and here is where all "should"s and "don't"s are left at the doorstep.
My task, as a guide, is to hold the space you need.
I teach one-on-one, couples and even children.
