Tribal dance will improve your moves and will make you move graciously as a feline. You will get stronger back and will get rid of back pain and reduce pain of woman period, because we will work on inner muscles of belly. You will learn to feel the music and improvisational dance.

I teach from beginning, posture, basic moves and comprehend music tact. With time I teach complete dance as well the improvisational dance, where you learn to listen to your body and make the best moves to match the music.
During lesson you will warm up all body, learn to move graciously, at end you will have stretching as it's very important to keep your muscles strong.
About me: I dance for 17 years, I have experience teaching big and small groups of people. As well I help to make costumes for performance :)
