Om Toby
I have been working within the music industry for the past 15 years.
I have remixed artists such as Interpol, Blonde Redhead and Burial x Jamie Woons collaborative project.
I have toured extensively Europe, playing festivals, touring with artists such as Grimes, SBTRKT, Salem, Mount Kimbie amongst others, and releasing on independent and major record labels.
I also dj in and around Copenhagen at places like Culture Box, Baggen and Basement.
I have also taught artists ranging from techno to hyperpop, to trance to uk bass, who have gone on to have releases on record labels.

My approach to teaching varies from student to student. Wether you are looking to start making Techno, Trance, Trap or UK Bass (and many other genres) I can start at the very beginning from understanding the basics of your software, all the way through to students who need help with composition, sampling or need assistance developing ideas further and deeper, as well as transitioning your music creations into live performances. I also teach DJing, wether it be with records or cdj's/usb.
- I can teach at your studio, or at mine.
- I have worked with many artists and have an intuition for being able to develop an individuals unique artistic sound.
- My method can be straight forward and to the point, or can be more focussed on techniques to help with creativity and idea development on a deeper more artistic level.
