Before our lesson, I'd ask you what you'd like to focus on during your practice, whether it's emotion, some of the mental or physical aspects (or combining both).
I love having a close relationship with my student and being open and receptive to their story and requests.
-Yoga class would start with a little guided meditation and then would proceed with physical exercises which I will smoothly guide you into.
-You can also book a lesson only for guided meditation and we will make it longer while concentrating on your feelings and the emotional struggles you are experiencing in your life.
- I have a teaching certificate after my YTT 200 hours in Rajadhiraja Yoga, but I also work with Ashtanga Yoga.
- Hormonal Yoga for women; if you are struggling with hormonal imbalance or have irregular periods, I can provide a sequence of asanas that can help to balance it.
