Om Balpreet
My name is Balpreet Bakshi, and I am currently pursuing an MBA in General Management at IBA, Kolding. With my diverse professional background and a strong passion for education, I believe I am well-suited for the role of a teacher.
I bring to the forefront over six years of experience as a Business Development Manager, during which I have honed my skills in leadership, communication, and strategic thinking. Furthermore, my experience as a freelance content writer specializing in Computer Science topics has allowed me to develop an effective approach to simplifying complex concepts, which I believe is highly transferable to an educational context.
What truly distinguishes me is my extensive experience in training and leadership, encompassing over 11 years of dedicated service. I have volunteered as a staff trainer at Delhi Transport Corporation, where I had the privilege of providing training to clerical staff. This experience has significantly enhanced my ability to impart knowledge, mentor others, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
