I am a calm, patient and empathetic professional who genuinely loves supporting children and families. I’ve worked in the UK, UAE and internationally, bringing a warm, multicultural perspective to everything I do.
I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent children with autism, ADHD, PDA, sensory processing differences, anxiety and SEMH needs. My work focuses on understanding the child’s behaviour, emotions and sensory needs so that parents feel confident, supported and no longer overwhelmed.
Families describe me as someone who explains things clearly, brings peace into the home, and provides support that feels both professional and deeply human. I believe every child deserves to feel understood and safe, and every parent deserves practical, compassionate guidance that is tailored to their child’s needs, whether the challenges involve behaviour, emotional regulation, routines, communication, school refusal or developmental delays.
I am gentle, respectful and non-judgmental in everything I do. My goal is always to help the child thrive in a way that feels natural, supportive and aligned with their unique profile.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, reading about child development and neurodiversity, and creating simple tools that make family life calmer, happier and easier.

My teaching and consulting approach is calm, structured and fully personalised. I begin by understanding the child’s emotional, sensory and communication profile, as well as the family’s routines and current challenges. This helps me support children with autism, ADHD, PDA, anxiety, SEMH needs, sensory processing difficulties and behavioural challenges in a way that feels safe, respectful and effective.
I use a multi-disciplinary, neurodiversity-affirming method informed by:
- SLT communication strategies;
- OT sensory integration approaches;
- behaviour and emotional regulation science;
- trauma-informed and attachment-based practice;
- child development and early intervention principles.
What I prioritise:
- building connection and trust;
- understanding the root cause of behaviours;
- reducing anxiety, overwhelm and school refusal;
- supporting sensory needs;
- creating simple, effective home routines;
- developing emotional regulation and co-regulation;
- helping parents feel empowered, informed and supported.
What sessions look like:
- I listen carefully to concerns;
- I assess developmental, sensory and behavioural needs;
- I explain what is happening and why;
- I give 3–5 tailored strategies you can use immediately;
- You receive a personalised written plan after each session (within 48 hours).
My goal is always to help families feel calmer, more connected and more confident. Every strategy is designed to be practical, compassionate and realistic, supporting the unique needs of your child, whether related to behaviour, sensory processing, communication, routines, anxiety, attention or emotional regulation.

- follow-up structure.
