Om Inesa
I am someone who loves connecting with people and truly deeply listening to them, caring for them, seeing them. Thereof my approach is always very personal, focused on being aware of what works for you and what doesn’t, what stands in the way and how can we move it off the way. I both work as movement coach/teacher at Cross Training where I offer personal training and group classes, yoga and mobility, and I also work as a coach/mentor in person and online where I help people live a better life, create what they dream of, feel the way they wish to feel, have relationships that are thriving, and just love their love in way they deserve to.
