Om Vadim
I studied physics for a long time and I am familiar with the challenges that come with it. I can also help students with ways of understanding difficult concepts through analogies by relating different physical systems. There are many settings in physics that are more connected than one might think, from a mathematical and even intuitive perspective. I love teaching, it is a very fulfilling activity and I want to contribute to the popularization of physics and math because they are truly amazing subjects.

In my opinion the best way to get good at physics and math is to solve many practice problems. From my personal experience it is easy to under estimate the depth of some law in physics by failing to apply it to situations and problems that are not trivial. Many laws only work well if certain conditions are met, for example Maxwell's equations. In order to get something meaningful out of them the problem must have some sort of symmetry that can be exploited. Henceforth, my teaching plan is based on a math review in order to ensure that the student will not be confused and then I will present problems that get gradually more difficult, especially by combining different concepts together. I have access to problem books with very valuable material and I often come up with my own problems that shed light on a very specific detail if I feel that this detail is important. Also thanks to my experience with problem solving, I know where to look when I need something or when I want a good example of how to use a particular law or equation. By doing this, the student will be able to fully understand how and when the law works.
