Om Kristina
I am a Copenhagen-based yoga teacher who really loves to use yoga and the time on the mat to be present, move in my body and feel whatever needs to be felt. I tend to teach either quite dynamic and strong yet flow-y vinyasa/flow classes, slow and soft, more alignment based classes or very slow, relaxing and grounding yin-style destress classes. I a very interested in both the physiological and spiritual side of the practice and used to teaching in different settings and for different students (climbers, younger or older people, fit and joyful people or students who struggle with anxiety/stress. I really wish to provide a space for people to move inside their bodies and emotions - to tune in, shake it our and ground down. To be explorative and curious, to feel empowered, strong and beautiful. I am open for any requests for classes :)

I would like to give each student an opportunity to explore their own bodies and learn to understand its needs. We will take a staarting point from any specific needs of each student, be it physical or emotional and start working with that in a more structured way while still embroiding in some yummy movements, nice music and an opportunity to connect to the flow-state where everything else outside you disappears for a moment.
I am very interested in both the physical, anatomical and alignment-focused approach in yoga and wish that everyone who practices with me can learn to do it in a safe and mindful way.
Yet, I love love a good flow, and uplifting movement that really connects you to yourself - that uplifts and energizes but also grounds and brings a sense of stillness and peace. Do write me whatever your interests are and I'm sure we will find something that's right and perfect for you!
