My name is Rania and I am a native Greek speaker and qualified language teacher, currently based in Denmark.
I hold a BA in Greek Philology from Democritus University of Thrace, a degree that qualifies me to teach in Greek public schools. I also completed an MA in Linguistics at Aarhus University, where I deepened my understanding of how languages work and how learners acquire them.
I have over six years of experience teaching Greek to both native and international students across all ages and levels. I am multilingual — I speak Greek, English, and Italian, — and I am currently learning Danish, which keeps me in touch with what it feels like to be a language learner every day. This experience directly shapes my teaching: I know the frustrations, the breakthroughs, and what kind of support actually helps.
I am passionate about making Greek accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding. I take my students' goals seriously and prepare every lesson with care, because I believe a good teacher makes the difference between giving up and falling in love with a language.

I believe you learn Greek by using Greek. From day one, we speak, read, and write , not just memorize rules.
Every lesson combines real communication with structured grammar. I adapt materials to your interests: news articles, songs, short stories, or everyday dialogues. Each session ends with a summary and exercises so you always know what to focus on next.
What sets me apart: I hold a BA in Greek Philology with full teaching qualification (pedagogy, methodology, and classroom practice), plus an MA in Linguistics. I speak three languages myself, so I understand the challenges of language learning from the inside.
I work with complete beginners, intermediate and advanced learners, exam candidates, and anyone interested in Ancient and Modern Greek. I also offer academic proofreading and editing in Greek and English.
Whatever your goal — conversation, literature, or exams— I build the plan around you.
