I am a passionate Yoga Trainer and dedicated Sports Enthusiast, committed to inspiring others to lead healthier and more active lives. I did my training of yoga from one of the top most reputed University at Swami Vivekananda yoga Anusamsthana (S-VYASA), Bangalore , India, the place where the ancient authentic yoga originated. With a deeper understanding of yoga's transformative power, I specialize in creating personalized practices that enhance physical strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate mental clarity. My sessions are tailored for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners exploring yoga to athletes aiming to complement their training.
As a lifelong athlete, I embrace the thrill of diverse sports and physical challenges. Having national championship on tennis and two international medals on Yoga sports championship I believe in the importance of staying active and continuously improving. This enthusiasm drives my approach to training, blending yoga’s mindfulness with athletic performance techniques to help others achieve their goals and to promote health awareness and wellbeing in the society.
Through my journey, I aim to inspire a balanced lifestyle that integrates movement, mindfulness, and a love for sports. Let’s embark on a path of growth and wellness together!
