Hi! I’m Thomas, a 26-year-old French native originally from Paris. I relocated to beautiful Copenhagen two years ago, and I absolutely love the dynamic lifestyle here.
I have a highly diverse and creative background. Before focusing fully on fitness, I worked in the premium fashion industry and organized high-end events in art galleries. I am also a tech enthusiast and an entrepreneur with a deep passion for artificial intelligence.
However, my lifelong dedication has always been sports. As a former football coach and an avid traveler, I thrive on connecting with people from all walks of life, sharing stories, and pushing boundaries.
I became a Certified Personal Trainer because I genuinely love helping people unlock their physical and mental potential. I combine the high standards of my background in luxury service with the discipline of competitive sports. My goal is to offer you a coaching experience that is not only highly effective but also enjoyable, human, and motivating.

Where do we train?
I am highly flexible to fit your busy schedule. We can train:
Outdoors in one of Copenhagen's beautiful parks.
At your home or residential gym.
At a local fitness facility (depending on guest policies).
