Om Franco
I see fitness as a way of life, a way to keep at peace with your body. I want others to see that too and also to experience both physical and emotional benefits. I have 8 years of consistent training both at the gym and at home training. I have been certified to be a personal trainer by the center of excellence and, although I learned mostly gym exercises, I specialize in calisthenics because that is the kind of training I do and love. I have also learned how to train pregnant women and old people.
I have been training people for a year and a half, mostly online, providing exercises they can do at home for every fitness level, tracking their progress and updating their programs as they got stronger. There is no better feeling than the satisfaction that brings the gratitude of all the people you show this world to!
