I am very technique minded, and I can get anyone to swim, no matter what your fears are, I can help you overcome them so you can enjoy the sport of swimming. I love swimming, and I love teaching people how to swim, it takes time and patience, so don't be discouraged, that you’re not learning. It can take up to 3 months before you get a grasp on what you’re doing. Where ever you go, two lessons a week or more, should give you a good template to learn from. I will not lead you astray, I'm very straight forward with a laid back personality, but can get on you if you need it!

I have trained and coached athletes for 20+ years. I have experience coaching swimmers and triathletes of many levels; beginners to olympians and enthusiasts. I have traveled world wide to coach, train, compete and learn. I received my USA swimming coaching certificate in 2019, Czech coaching license and coaching certification since 2005. I have trained and learned from some of the fastest swimmers in the United States and Europe and I would like to share my knowledge with my clients.
My speciality is also helping highschool athletes from Europe to understand the U.S. college recruiting process and advising them on dates and actions that need to take place during their high school years.
Swim Training: In a typical one hour session an athlete could expect one-on-one coaching specialized towards their needs/wants. I am very familiar with coaching all strokes and have done so at a national level. Whether you are looking for stroke refinement or a swim workout, this will be completely catered for you.
Online Training: Over the last couple years, online training has become extremely popular. I have coached many triathletes by writing workouts for them, then analyzing their strokes on a consistent basis. The online training is completely tailored towards your workout preference and can be completed usually in 30 or 60 min increments.
Writing Workouts: You may not want swim lessons or stroke refinement. Maybe you get tired of following the black line without knowing what is next. Give me a distance requirement and I will write you a 30 or 60 minute workout, catered towards your fitness goals.
