I have been a sporty and active child ever since I was little. Fascinated by tennis, gymnastics, swimming, and ballet, I decided to settle for football at the age of 10.Ever since, I have dedicated every day to becoming a better player on the pitch, and it taught me so much more than I ever thought it would. When I got into the National Team of Luxembourg at the age of 14, I made sure I perfected all the aspects of my game - the nutrition, mobility work, strength, aerobic fitness, interval work, explosiveness, plyometrics, etc. I am very open to share everything I've learned and I'm looking forward to helping anybody become their best version of themselves in whichever aspect of their life that may be!

As a professional football player, I have acquired a lot of knowledge the sports realm. I have been researching and informing myself about all the ins and outs of sports and the movement of our bodies for about 2 and a half years now, including a particular interest in the nutrition that comes with it. Alongside my intrigue, I have a physical coach myself, helping me to reach my performance goals on the football pitch and providing me with some additional tips and tricks.
If you're interested in my help, we can start by understanding what it is you would like to accomplish, and value which is the best way to go from there. I must say, I work specifically with younger athletes, as I don't feel quite qualified to work with older people yet.
